The Matrix star Laurence Fishburne is adding a new title to his resume: investigator. Ever since CSI: Crime Scene Investigation star William Petersen decided to leave the show, producers were on the hunt for someone to take his place, and they chose Fishburne.

Unlike your typical CSI investigator, Fishburne's character -- which is currently being referred to as "the Professor" -- will have some homicidal tendencies a la Dexter. Though the Professor hasn't acted on those feelings (yet), it does give him an advantage in solving crimes.

swingtown.jpgBJ and Rick have a double date with Sam and her cousin Lisa, which leads to strip poker, which leads to Rick and Lisa hooking up, which leads to Rick sprinting out of there at warp speed, possibly due to a quick trigger or possibly because he doesn't like girls? It's unclear. But BJ and Sam share a sweet kiss and a Pop-Tart.

Laurie decides to get her license, and chooses Doug as her driving instructor over her father. Doug's tutoring, as always, leads to some nookie, and afterwards he convinces Laurie to use the driving lessons as an opportunity to learn more about her dad, since they're actually quite alike. She does, and Bruce ends up admitting that he's really proud of his daughter, and she's touched.

Tom and Trina go to a friend's new club to check it out as a potential investment and bring Susan and Bruce along, even though Susan and Bruce have vowed after their aborted family vacation to spend more time together alone as a couple. The foursome ends up in a foursome in Tom and Trina's pool after popping some Quaaludes in the club. Tom and Trina decide to invest some of the Trina's family money in the club so that someday Tom can stop spending so much time in the air and away from home.

kathygriffinstandup.jpgStandup opening. Kathy jokes that Oprah now gets to pick the U.S. President, and Kathy's fine with it, because it can't be worse than the last two elections. Word, Kathy.

Company meeting! Kathy meets with Team Griffin and one of the dogs. Have I mentioned yet that one of my dogs looks just like one of Kathy's dogs? I'm not sure if it's Pom Pom or Chance, though. Kathy informs her team that they are going to Walter Reed Medical Center to visit the soldiers who are in rehab after being in Iraq and Afghanistan. Jessica is worried that she'll cry, because they may see some pretty rough stuff. Kathy encourages them to cry if they feel like crying, and just be natural. Kathy is nervous about the show, even though she's performed for the troops overseas, because the people in the audience won't be quite so riled-up and rowdy. That is a tough crowd.

Thumbnail image for projectrunwayseason5cast.jpgThis week, the designers are asked to created a day-to-evening look for Brooke Shields to wear on Lipstick Jungle. She chooses six sketches and the designers work in teams of two to create the looks that Brooke wants. The groups are Korto and Joe, Blayne and Leanne, Terri and Rayon (a.k.a. Suede), Keith and Kenley, Kelli and Daniel, and Jerell and Stella. With the exception of the Jerell/Stella and Blayne/Leanne pairings, all of the groups seem to have a lot of tension. Terri has a minor meltdown because Rayon effs up the blouse in her design. She interviews that she's not his mother and he needs to man up. But he pulls it out in the end and Tim loves it when he visits the workroom. Daniel and Joe are totally lazy about their contributions. Kenley is really critical of some of Keith's choices and it offends him.

Jerell's and Keith's designs are the top two. Kelli's and Blayne's are the bottom two. Keith and Kenley, with their opposing aesthetics, actually made each other a little better. Keith walks away with the win. Blayne made this outfit with shorts, which was totally inappropriate. Kelli made a design that ended up looking pretty slutty. Though, when asked by Heidi, she said that Daniel should go home if one of them were to be

For the first time in my life, I'm speechless. At first I thought it was cute when Tori Spelling and hubby Dean recorded a song together on the previous episode of Oxygen's Tori & Dean. But then they took that song and remixed it into a music video, and all I can say is that you need to see it.

Why? No, not because it's the best song you've ever heard or the most genius directing of a music video to date. Nope, that's not why. Instead, you must watch it so that your jaw will be dropped like mine as you view Tori and Dean impersonating some of the best couples of all time.

So tell me... how was it? Are you freaked out? Are you laughing? Or maybe crying? Personally, I'm still in shock, and may be for a verrrrry long time to come!

(For those of you who want to see this again on the big screen, the video airs tonight on the finale of Tori & Dean on Oxygen at 10 pm)
