Laguna Beach Recap 11: "The Three Day Rule"
Hey Beach Bums!
So, Chase's band is playing some big concert this week and Laguna is all a buzz with anticipation.
Alex and Stephen ask Lexie and Rachel to go to the concert with them and, although the girls are skeptical about Alex, they agree to go.
Derek acts all cool with Cameron and Nick and says that he doesn't have real feelings for Tessa. Tess and Raquel gab over Derek's lameness when Chase shows up to make it all better. He defends the male species with some ridiculous rant about how sometimes guys just need their space and there's really nothing to worry about until a guy ignores you for three days. What? No self-respecting chick waits to be ignored.
Nick is all a glow with thoughts of taking Rocky to the concert. When he picks Rock and Tessa up he tells Raquel that she looks like she's "going to a debutante ball." Not exactly the way to make a girl comfortable on your first date, but what would you expect from a dork like Nick?
Derek gives Tessa the cold shoulder at the club, as Alex does the same to Rocky. While Chase gets treated like the rock star that he is, Alex brags to Breanna that he broke Rocky's heart. Rocky tries to make the most of the evening by hanging with Nick and enjoying the music when a jealous Alex calls her a slut! The nerve! I was outraged, I tell you. Outraged! A broken-hearted Raquel cries behind a car in the parking lot and I wanted to just curl up next to her and tell her that boys will always be that stupid.
The next day, Tessa stops by Derek's place to confront him about his brattiness. She gives him the option to be with her or without her and he chooses without. Kinda harsh, no?
Next week- CABO, baby! I am so there- join me, won't you?

First I need someone to help, was Rocky crying because she HEARD the ass call her a slut, I couldn't tell
Now, this was a love/hate episode. I of course hated seeing Rocky and Tessa sad because, well, I love them and want nothing but happiness for them. I LOVED to see Alex look like an ass when he was stood up by the girls. Now let me get this straight, it's OK for Alex to break up with Rocky and immediately ask for girls numbers right in front of Rocky and ask Lexi to go to the concert with him, but Rocky is a "slut" because she said yes to someone who asked her to go to the concert???? Not that it would matter, but she wasn't even doing anything with ugly boy, she was apparently a slut because she had the nerve to enjoy the concert even though Alex broke up with her. How dare she.
It was nice to see Lexi not interested in Alex because he dumped his girlfriend and started getting girls numbers in front of her.
Men are pigs, and always will be! Alex, you are a loser. You were lucky to have Raquel. SHe is not a slut. You're an idiot for breaking up with her. You're also a loser who will be kicking your ass when you see her happy in a good relationship! What a dick. Try growing up, and being a man. Yeah... that's a joke!
I felt so bad for Rocky when she went outside of the concert and cried behind the cars. Rocky and Tessa are good girls and Rocky looked amazing at the concert. Alex is an ass and looked even more ass-like as he was slamming Rocky to Breanna. The boys this season all get on my nerves. Cameron, as usual, was his clueless, moron looking self. Looking forward to Cabo but not to seeing more of Cam and Kyndra...imo, they could leave the show and I would not even care...
I don't think Rocky heard Alex call her a slut but was crying cause he couldn't even say hi to her. Yes she went to the concert with Nick but Alex still broke her heart so when he ignored her the whole night she cried.
Alex acts all cool with his buds but who was looking like the jealous ass that night. Alex was so sure there was a line of girls waitng for him but how stupid does he look now.
None of the boys in laguna know how to treat a girl. Derek takes Tessa to dinner acts all sweet and gushy with a her then never speaks to her when the "boys" are around. Good thing Kyndra and Cami are always around to date these losers.
Can't wait to see the episode when the girls move on and the boys are left "pissing in the wind."

he can hit on other girls but rocky cant have fun with other guys? whats up with that? its so obvious alex was jealous rocky had nick while he was waiting for rachel and lexie but they never showed up. look who's moving on jackass =)
Alex has the personality of a gnat. He barely changes inflection or emotes. And sometimes, with the faces he makes, it looks like he's straining to push one out. Oh, when he smiles, it looks like he has a mouth full of Chicklets. I don't like this dude.
