Prison Break's Lane Garrison faces up to six years in prison. Isn't ironic? The 26-year-old actor said he plans on pleading guilty to manslaughter -- a crime with which he was charged when he killed Vahagn Setian, 17, while driving under the influence of alcohol and cocaine in December.

Lane was scheduled to have entered a plea today, but his lawyer, Harland Braun, asked for a continuance, citing the breaks in his client's car might have been defective. A new arraignment is scheduled for May 21.

Somehow I don't think faulty breaks will explain away Lane's blood-alcohol level, which was two times the legal limit.
