The Bachelor's Andy & Tessa Call off Engagement
It was only a matter of time...
The Bachelor stars Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst say they haven't broken up, but they have decided to postpone their engagement. Right, okay, so they've broken up. Stay tuned for the official announcement on that -- I'm guessing sometime before Septemember.
Did you see this one coming? I did, but it sure looked like they were crazy in love. Although, who wouldn't look crazy in love at the beach in Hawaii?

Well, I am very sorry about this latest development. I have mixed feelings on this. I absolutely adore this couple who touched my heart deeper than any other from any other season. However, I find it a little strange that they broke off the engagement itself, yet are still "together." Once the engagement goes south, doesn't the relationship follow? Kind of weird. Hopefully, they can work it out and this is just a minor set back. I have a bad feeling though......will have to tune in later.
I'm saddened and disappointed at the same time. I had real hopes for them; however, he said upfront that he is committed to his job and what that meant for his wife. I had a hard time envisioning Tessa in the that self-sacfrificing life-but held out hope. In retrospect, maybe Danielle who said,"I will do anything it takes for me to be his military wife." If he wants a wife and children, then I think he will need to find one who first really is committed to being a military wife. He may have to forgo all the other criteria he has determined to have in a mate and settle for a different kind of woman like her or the models he dated. It's sad he may never find his soulmate and stay happily married for the rest of his life.

It was too fast and too soon !!! Relationships need time yeah i know Trista and Ryan are married and having a baby but TV love is so superficial and just getting engaged in 6 or is it 12 weeks doesn't work really it usually ends in disaster.You don't know each other enough !!And maybe they tried rockin the bed and got bored !!
This is nothing but a publicity show. Too much TV coverage. The relationships can't possibly last. Plus most of the women in the show are attention seekers and are not really serious about the outcome. It's tacky and phony. See one show, you've seen them all.
This was so going to happen. Tess was in it for the winning - she pulled all the bells at the end and went for it when she should have left weeks before. I saw it coming - he should never have chosen her....
