The Hills Season 3 Premiere: "You Know What You Did"
Wooo-hooooo! It's been a long time coming, but the The Hills are back --- and better than ever. With so much drama surrounding Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag's now-defunct friendship, i almost bit my fingers off waiting for tonight's premiere. So let's get to it!
Lauren's back as an intern at Teen Vogue and Whitney is her new boss. Lauren catches Whit up on what's been going on in her life, including the horrible rumors about an "inappropriate video" that L.C. made with her ex Jason. Coincidentally, Whitney then asks Lauren is she's heard from Heidi. Lauren silently shakes her head. Cue the opening music!
Heidi and Spencer plan a housewarming party, and Heidi goes to Audrina's work place to invite her and Lauren. Audrina fumes to a co-worker that, whether or not Heidi and Spencer had anything to do with the sex tape rumors, Heidi should have at least called Lauren to see how she was dealing.
Whitney, Lauren and Audrina blow off the party and head to Les Deux to have a fiesta of their own. A drunk Lauren picks up a hottie from London who's heading back to his homeland the next day. My girl said it best -- "Jackpot!" At Heidi and Spencer's party the infamous Jen Bunney sucks up to Heidi, who pouts that Lauren didn't show. The next morning Audrina and Lauren talk about their conquests from the night before. Audrina "made out" with some guy Justin, while Lauren got her kiss on with the English bloke.
Everyone goes to a birthday party for their friend Frankie, where Heidi and Lauren come face to face. Heidi gives Lauren a letter she wrote her and proceeds to pretend like everything is cool between them. Lauren gives Heidi the cold shoulder, so Spencer, the evil genius that he is, urges Heidi to confront her pal. Lauren goes off on Heidi, saying she never wants to talk to her again. Heidi refuses to admit she did anything wrong -- denying that she started any of the rumors. A crushed-looking Heidi then heads back to her pad with Satan, I mean Spencer.
Part II
Heidi and Spencer argue over decorating ideas (boring!), when Spencer has the most ridiculous mural painted on their living room wall. To make it better, he promises to take Heidi away to Santa Barbara for a romantic weekend. Yuck.
Audrina meets Justin for a date. Dude needs a haircut. Audrina and this guy have some history -- it seems he stranded her in Vegas once, but she's chosen to give him a second chance. Lauren's old BFF, Lo, makes an appearance and the girls chat over take out. Lauren tells Lo that Justin wants to change his name to Bobby, which the girls think is hysterical. When Justin/Bobby and Audrina get back to the apartment Lo asks him about the name change and he gets pissed! Audrina blows Lauren off to hang with her weird guy. Oh no!
The morning after, Audrina defends Justin to Lauren, swearing he's changed. The friends commiserate over loving the bad boys. Speaking of, Spencer tells Brody he's planning on proposing to Heidi. Brody thinks his bud is insane. Ya think? Spencer picks out a ridiculous ring and buys it on the spot.
Lauren heads back to Laguna for a visit, where she has a heart-to-heart with her mom, while Spencer and Heidi head up the coast. On the beach, Spencer tells Heidi he wants to spend the rest of his life with her and gives her the bling, which she weepily accepts.

I wonder how much the ring was.
I was super excited for the premiere! I think that Justin character looks kinda shady... poor Audrina!
Spencer's a loser and Heidi is turning into a liar like he was during Season 2. Lauren's better off.
I loved both these episodes. I love the new LC. She is so confident and assertive. I just wished that she had slapped that silly grin off spencer's face. She also looks gorgeous.
Hate spencer and Heidi. I dont feel bad for Heidi anymore. they deserve each other because they are both scums.
I couldn't wait until this came back. What got me more was in the previews for upcoming shows when Spencer and Heidi show up at the same restaurant and they were saying that Lauren and Jason must be making another sex tape. Shows you what douche bags they really are.
I'm supeer excited for Jason to reappear in Lauren's life, to be completely honest I loved them together even though he was an a$$ sometimes
Heidi and Spencer make me furious, they are complete scumbags.

Its great how the cameras capture S&H in their shady business..wish the cameras were around in real life when you needed them. Subsitute the names Margaret for Heidi and Gregg for Spencer and you have real jerks who try to hide their shadiness - only it takes weeks for it to come full circle. Too bad Jill didn't stand up for Juli. Poor girl. But I digress.
LC you are doing just fine. You remind me of a girl I once new..Juli...keep up the good fight sista and forget Jason, he'll only succeed at bringing himself and you down. Hang with Whit & Audrina and you'll be just fine. Props to you for pointing out to your mom Kathi that the weirdos may be in LA but arent from LA.
It is sad to friends "break up", but somethings are for the best and right now it is best for both of them. Maybe later they will be able to look back at this and laugh. In other words, I am so scared to see Jason coming back. I hope that Lauren is strong and able to resist the oh so dangerous charm he sometimes is able to give her...

I love the show. Lauren is super sexy and should keep doing her own thing, because she is better off w/o Hiedi and Spencer.
Am I the only person that can't stand Lauren's disapproving facial expressions? I realize that she's a good friend and all, but she may be a little too dominating and clingy for my taste. I do like lauren, but this is one aspect about her that annoys me. I once had a roommate that got pissed each time I went out and did my own thing, and that whole attitude got old quick.
I agree with rizzel.lauren seems like she thinks everybody should drop everything and be with HER.she acts like she gets jealous if somebody has a boyfriend.get over it.!if she didn't act so clingy,she might have a boyfriend too.and how does she know for sure heidi and spencer started the sex tape rumor?unless it does exist,and maybe she told heidi,so she would naturally think heidi was the one who started it.why else would heidi or anybody just start up a rumor like that?like heidi doesn't have better things to do than sit around and think about rumors to start about lauren.lauren's on my nerves this season.she's actin like a slut too.hooking up with random guys.she was too drunk to even remember that she kissed the Brit.Audrina had to tell her.at least heidi's with ONE guy and getting married.I'm sorry but i had to vent.lauren's under my skin this season.
