TV Recap: America's Next Top Model

Finally we’re back to a normal week of Top Model. Ebony’s gone and Ambreal knows she has to step up her game.

As usual Bianca’s complaining. She says it doesn’t seem like Heather has to work as hard as everyone else. Her feelings about this are only made worse after the girls meet up with Tyra to learn how to move their bodies and be sexy while on camera.

Tyra has the ladies walking angry, sliding sexily down mirrors, being cute and coy, and crawling across the floor. Tyra thinks Chantal and Bianca need to push harder as they crawl across the floor. When Heather gives it a go, Bianca is sure Tyra will not be impressed with her performance. Instead, Tyra thinks Heather’s awkwardness works for her.

Girls start weighing themselves and it's getting to Sarah, especially since Nigel had complained that she lost weight.

The girls get more Tyra Mail, and they are off to meet up with music video director Jessy Terrero. He’s putting all the ladies in an Enrique Iglesias video, however one lucky girl gets a featured role. Featured role ends up meaning the girls get to actually touch Enrique as opposed to just look at him. Chantal think she’ll get it. Not sure why. Maybe because she’s got long blonde hair like Anna Kournikova? Enrique says that all of the girls are beautiful, but it all comes down to their personality and how they behave in front of the camera.

Jessy picks Lisa because she has the right look and vibe. He also wants to feature Heather. She has the Gothic look they want. The shoot goes great as the ladies pretend to be vampires in an underground club.

Tragedy strikes when the shoot is over! Heather gets sick. She starts stumbling and they have to call an ambulance. Turns out she just ran out of energy so she’s going to be okay! Bianca takes this opportunity to say that modeling is too much for Heather. Oh please! Bianca needs to get over the fact that Heather is a better model than she is.

At eliminations, the judges love how Heather, Lisa, and Saleisha did during the shoot. They think Ambreal was a bit hoochie mama, Jenah didn’t play her part well, Chantal was stiff, and Bianca’s movements weren’t fluid enough. They believe Sarah is still uncomfortable with her body, and her weight loss may put her in between being a regular model and a plus-size model.

Surprisingly, Ambreal escapes being in the bottom two this week. Even after being called a hoochie! It comes down to Chantal and Sarah. Sadly, it’s Sarah who leaves us this week.

Stay tuned to see who is next to get the boot on ANTM!

I agree, I was getting really tired of Bianca saying all that negative stuff about Heather! Heather is so pretty!! She kinda reminds me of Tim Burton's Sally in The Nightmare Before Christmas and I think Sally is adorable!!! I was hoping Bianca would be in the bottom two but Chantel was my second choice because all through the show she said she wasn't nervous at all because she thought she was so much better than all the other models!! I loved it!!!

I'm so glad it was a new and GOOD episode last night!

When Heather was crawling towards the camera she looked like the girl from The Ring. I thought she was gonna come out the set and kill me.

Can't believe Ambreal stayed out of the bottom 2, but I bet she bites it next week!

Love ANTM!

OK so I want to know.
How do certain reality shows wind up getting someone EVERY SEASON to have something happen where they get rushed to the hospital??

Its always the same shows
The Bachelor, ANTM....
how do they always have someone each season have a hospital incident?

It used to be drama and excitement to see, now its just boring.
Like you know they are going to be fine, and just exhausted or dehydrated or maybe worst case a sprained ankle and they return to the show immediately.

Come on, give us some NEW drama!
The getting sick thing is now cliche.

I think it's frustrating that they got rid of Sarah. Is it too much to ask to have a 'normal-sized model' that doesn't fit squarely into the plus-sized model category or into the very, very thin model category? There are millions of women that have the same body type as Sarah, not too big, not too small, and she was setting a great example. Sad to see the producers of ANTM have slid right back into the comfortable, overly thin model norm.
