American Idol Results: Every Vote Counts!
If your favorite was booted off tonight and you didn't vote, it's your fault.
Take a look at season seven's top 12 contestants! The melting pot of an interesting CD. Which one of these contestants do you think will not make the tour? Who do you consider the weakest link?
There were four contestants who came so close to Idol fame. But they were cut tonight. Whether you are "the Idol" or not, if you make it for the tour, you'll go down in AI history.
Ryan Seacrest said there were more than 36 million votes in this week. And if that TMZ spy was right yesterday - that means the girls picked up about 16 million votes and the guys carried the rest.
When Kady Malloy sang us off I was thinking -- quick -- can't she impersonate someone right now. Yikes, get yourself out of that mess girl!
It was like I was expecting her to do a magic trick. That song portrayal was pretty lousy the first time around. Did we really need to be subjected to that again?
Luke Menard was almost the same thing. Well, he was much better though. So I guess I can't really say that. It's just that I wanted the song to be over before it started. His Wham impersonation was a bit cheesy. And after a while of it -- you're like, oh good God!
When Luke was given the bad news, a "flying high" Paula stood up, and babbled about how "this is the first day of the rest of your life..." Ryan chimed in to her spiel saying to the judge, "we're going to get you a catheter and (to Luke) you're going to sing right now."
Break out the tissues, Asia'H Epperson's AI future is clear. This just goes to show you to vote for your favorite contestant! It really already is "that time" in the competition.
For any of you who happen to not know, Asia'H's father died in a car crash a few days before her audition. Instead of just giving up this year, she went for it anyway. Despite the adversity, she made it this far. Amazing.
Based on performances throughout this competition, Asia'H NEVER should have left.
Paula spoke out about her too, "This is one brave, beautiful, talented star. You're tenacious and your brilliant. God bless you!" Asia'H told America, "This wont be the last time you see me."
I thought the other goner was going to be Kristy Lee Cook. Let me rephrase that. I thought it should be Kristy Lee, but was skeptical that AI would lose her. Kristy is pretty popular with the fellas.
People might start talking about the fix being on. A situation like this gets you wondering about that kind of stuff.
Ok, let's go there. AI, this year, doesn't have that country influence. Her attempt at it this week is all that's out there for the show, really. And although she hasn't truly perfected that genre, she has plenty of time to hone in and correct her country-style voice before the CD and.. if it goes that far -- the tour.
Wow, did you see how different Danny Noriega looked during his audition? Can you imagine just how fine tuned and polished he'd be if he was able to continue on in this competition? He said, during the auditioning process, "I want people to look up to me, relate to me. I want people to be my fan."
Noriega was another contestant who could have stuck around and added color to the American Idol season seven crew. But what it all comes down to is your vote. YOUR vote. So if you aren't dialing for your pick, who's going to?
Next week, we get to hear how the top 12 sing together on the two hour show Tuesday. The results show is an hour long. And that is on Wednesday.

If the fake cowgirl makes it through next week I will stop watching this season. It's obvious what they are doing. The fix is on!
Danny was the best this season. yea, i hate the country girl too. Can Danny and her trade spots? He could become Daniel. I'm sure that would be no preblem.
Luke was one of the most talented singers on the show. How could they do this. And asia too.
This is why I can't watch this crap.

I am so upset that asiah was kicke off!!!! She was my favorite girl from the very beginning. She can sing better then freakin Krisy Lee...she isn't good at all. The only thing that makes it ok is that she belted out a Whitney song and a Celine song and was amazing at both so someone out there saw that talent and she can get started on her career while the rest have to wait it out. Possibly until after the tour. So rock on Asiah you the bomb!!
What the hell... Danny was such a great performer and was different. He would have been great on the tour i am so mad he was voted off. I wish it was Chickezie (sorry) but after this week alot of the boys will be safe because the voting goes for everyone together now. The girls will be dropping like flies!
Remielle did not have a bad week at all! she was great and i think she was crying because Danny and her were so tight! Plus she is young and maybe a little sensitive. who cares Erin, it shows she has feelings and it is who she is. Danny's vote off was TMTH for her:)
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE VOTE OFF THAT STUPID AMANDA OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS. THE ROCKER BIKER NUSRSE. SHE IS ANNOYING AND ACTED LIKE A WEIRDO THE OTHER NIGHT WHEN THE JUDGES WERE GIVING HER PROPS. WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH HER SHE DIDN'T EVEN SEEM LIKE SHE GAVE A CRAP! IF SHE DOESN'T CARE THEN THE VOTERS SHOULDN'T EITHER DROP HER AND BRING BACK ASAI'H. ILOVELUKE you are smokin somthing! Luke was bad and a cheese ball. He had no style and his song choices stunk! He should have went before Robbie the other week.
I am just soooooo mad about Asia'h what were you thinking America!! She was the last person on the girls side i thought would go. She will be able to start her career, I agree ae. Where's Clive? Someone get him on the horn!!
I think America got it right last night. Simon was saying what I thought, it was all based on the song choice. Luke's song was tooooo
cheesey. Kady song was toooo old for her, I never even heard the song before, could it be that old. And I am almost 50 years old. Asia's song sorry people but she has this weird sound in her throat. Was she still sick. With a voice coach I think she can be great. You go for it girl! And Danny he's a sweet kid but not much of a singer. There's alot of good talent this year. Good luck to the remaining 12.
i am so mad this season sucks with out Asia'h. As soon as i saw her audition i fell in love with her. Go Asia'h your still my girl. So done with this season.
A-fan I agree with you. Although there could have bee a few others voted off last night the ones voted off were going eventually. No suprises!!! I am glad to see Paula sitting upright last night - maybe it was the hat (kept her brain warm so she was able to function)
Danny might be gone but it didn't take Ramiel long to find a new BFF looking at the picture of the group
