Hell's Kitchen Recap
This week's episode of Hell's Kitchen started where last week's left off; various members of the girls team still mad at Corey for trying to send them home. After a night of trash talking and complaining, the teams are awakened by Chef Ramsay to catch loose chickens in their dorms. Once they finally catch their animals, Chef Ramsay shows them how to break down a chicken (not the live ones thankfully) and give them the challenge of breaking down a chicken in under 2 minutes into 8 pieces.
The ladies do a great job with most of the chefs getting all eight pieces passed by the chef. With the men up, the ridiculous women-hating chef Jason rips apart his chicken after claiming it's a no brainer that the men would win. This fiasco, accompanied by Craig's below-par cuts, guarantee the men's loss. Their punishment is to pick peppers in the scorching heat while the women visit the Saddle Ranch restaurant on the sunset strip.
As the women walk into the restaurant, they are greeted by a familiar face. Everyone's favorite past contestant, Aaron (the one who fell asleep standing up), is there riding the mechanical bull! After he says his hellos, he leaves the girls to ride the bull, while Ramsay watches (in kind of a creepy way if you ask me).

Back at the house, the ladies lure Jason into the hot tub to dish the
dirt on his team. Now it's getting good. It's too bad he wasn't studying
the menu (before dinner service when Ramsay asked him
the desserts he had no idea what they were). He was given the Petrozza treatment and sent back to the dorm to study.
During service, Craig has a hard time with his appetizers. This, plus his problems with the chicken, makes his team very uneasy about his abilities.
When Jason was called in front of Ramsay to list off the desserts, he has trouble again and says he wants to go home. Ramsay won't have it and tells him to dig deep! Jason finally remembers the list and is sent to his station. How hard is it to remember a menu!?
The ladies have troubles with the steak entrees. Vanessa gives Ramsay a number of raw steaks for service while Rosanne almost sets the place on fire.
In one of the funnier parts of the night, Ramsay asks how Jason is doing on his desserts and he tells Ramsay the souffles are sticking. But he assures Ramsay he has it under control because he is going to rub some sugar on the rim. Ramsay's natural response is to bang his head on the table.
After countless mistakes, Ben's raw salmon entree throws Ramsay over the edge. He chooses Christina and Petrozza as the two to pick a member of their team to send home.
Petrozza chooses Jason due to his weakness in the kitchen. In a surprise twist Christina picks Vanessa for her mistake in the meat station. I would have put my money on Christina picking Corey after last week.
Ramsay sends Jason home (thank god) for giving up earlier in the night. Just another episode of Ramsay trimming the fat.
Until next time, Happy Eating!

I could not stand that shovanistic pig always talking down about woman. But I did notice in that episode he had a scar running all the away across the top of his head. Maybe an injury or sickness make him such an ass. Who knows!
