The Scavos hire a psychiatrist to observe them. Lynette wants to make sure that the focus is on Kayla. Of course Kayla overhears this and comes down with a Mother’s Day drawing for her—trying to pull one over on the good doctor. The psychiatrist thinks Kayla and Lynette need to do some serious bonding to make up for lost time and Lynette’s ambivalence. Tom is thrilled. Lynette—not so much.

Gaby and Carlos seem to be getting a long better with Ellie around. She’s still dealing out of her room or… tattoo parlor. Ellie takes Carlos for a walk and an alarm starts going off upstairs. Gaby opens the door and dissembles the smoke alarm being set off by incense. When she drops a part under the bed she uncovers Ellie’s massive cocaine stash. She tells Carlos when he returns and he wants to turn her in immediately because of his probation. They tell the cops and find out they already know, and are trying to watch her longer to find out who her supplier is. Gaby doesn’t like the idea of tricking Ellie, but Carlos can get his probation removed if they cooperate.

Dylan threatens to stay with Wayne if Katherine tries to move them to Baltimore. Katherine tries to explain that Dylan has no idea what her father is/was capable of. Wayne and “Kathy” get in an argument and she tells him she slept around and Dylan isn’t his daughter. He’s getting pissed. She seems like she’s lying. He picks up Dylan’s used chewing gum, presumably to get it tested. When he gets the results back, Wayne finds out that he really is not the father.

Bree and Orson argue over whether of not he can see Benjamin and now lawyers will be involved. Orson talks to his attorney and Edie comes in and finds all his notes about the baby’s parents. She gets an idea and heads off to tell Bree. Basically she’s going to blackmail her into being her slave. Bree, feeling desperate (for lack of a better word), goes over and tells the truth to the girls. They’re full of sympathy and immediately saddle up and head down the street like a small army to tell off Edie. They tell her they are done being friends because she’s gone too far, and not only that: they’ll make sure no other woman in the neighborhood will be friends with her either.  

Kayla and Lynette’s day out is more like “manipulate Lynette day.” Kayla bribes her into buying her an expensive shirt and giving her what she wants. When she confesses to making Preston jump off the roof, Lynette loses it and slaps her in the store in front of everyone. This is not good. Tom is upset at Lynette—completely oblivious to the pure evil lurking inside this girl. While the rest of the Scavo kids are with Lynette, Kayla is off calling the doctor to tell him Lynette hit her and it wasn’t the first time. Wow, I want to slap her right now. She gets off the phone and just sits back and eerily smiles. That little actress is playing her part to a T.

Momma and Susan attempt a home cooked meal, but Susan is lacking a few essential kitchen utensils. Momma thinks Mike is too overworked and suggests Susan get a “real” job. Later, at dinner, Adele offers to say for a few more weeks and clean the house. Susan picks up her club soda and dumps it on her foot and says her water broke so she has to go the hospital now. She tells Adele to take a cab and go home. Once outside, she confesses to Mike that she panicked at the thought of Momma staying any longer. Back at home, Adele is still taking cheap shots at Susan. Susan tries to get Mike to defend her and right in the middle of him telling off Adele Susan goes into labor—for real this time—and has her baby… named Maynard? Really?

Wayne watches old videos of Dylan and calls her to say he has stuff to tell her about her mother. When she arrives he’s drunk and disheveled. He forcefully grabs her wrists and looks at them and tells her to get out of there. What just happened? He picks up one of the videos. Was there something I missed when he watched the tape? Did she have some scars on her wrists or something? What’s really going on there, and who are this girl's real parents?
