So You Think You Can Dance: Three Shockers!
SHOCKER ONE:
First and foremost, religious viewers of the show (like myself) were thrown a curveball when Jessica King, a contestant on the show and Will Wingfield's partner, decided to bow out of the competition due to an injury.
OMG. I know.
I was a tad suspicious of her decision to leave, because she hasn't been a favorite of the judges and her lack of talent was visible among viewers, as well as the judges (duh.)
Poor Jessica was also the subject of a lot of controversey regarding her position on the show, because the judges considered her partner Will to be one of the better contestants, and Nigel Lythgoe even said that Will was one of the top five dancers on the show ever!
Poor Jessica.
But alas, when word quickly spread of this "controversey," it was announced that an injury was indeed the reason she sadly departed, and doctors did not clear her to dance.
Does anyone else think that maybe she had kept the injury hidden as long as she could, and that was the reason she was dancing somewhat poorly?
------------------------------------------------
So, with Jessica out of the picture, it was decided that Comfort Fedoke would be brought back to the competition. And if you remember, Comfort was voted off last week.
I thought Jessica was a much better dancer than Comfort, and was a taaaaaad upset they decided to bring Comfort back because I just don't think she's strong enough.
------------------------------------------------
SHOCKER THREE:
As for this week, they danced. Yada yada yada. But what was most heartbreaking was that my girl Kherington was voted off the show.
Whaaaaatttttt?!!?!!?!
Total shocker and I'm still grieving the loss. But who else was in the bottom two? Comfort. And she should have gone home (again) or she should have just stayed off the show.
Ah, I'm not happy with the outcome.
Oh, and Gev was the male to go home. I'm not too opinionated on that, though.
------------------------------------------------
*And just FYI - once So You Think You Can Dance hits the TOP 10 mark, which it did Wednesday night, the dancers get different partners each week.
Happy Dancing!!
