Oprah Tickets Email is a Fake
For those of you who have received an email promising tickets to The Oprah Winfrey Show, I'm sorry to say that it's a scam.
An email has been circulating this week that advertises the "Oprah Millionaire Contest Show." It promises users that if they send in their contact information and purchase a plane ticket, they'll be guaranteed admission to a taping of Oprah. It also says that applicants will be entered to win $1 million.
The FBI (because, yes, they get involved when when people screw over Oprah) has confirmed that the email is a fake. In fact, they say there's at least twelve other scams circulating regarding The Oprah Winfrey Show.
Guess those scam artists know the lengths us women will go to in order to see Oprah in person!
And if you're wondering, here's the real way to get tickets to see The Big O.
