On last night's episode of Dirt:
Julie's out of rehab and back home with Holt. The two try to get their groove back on, but it doesn't look like Holt's into anyone but Lucy right now.
While Lucy and her staff try to recover her cover story on the remarriage of the wife beater and possible lesbian, falling star Johnny Gage walks in to Lucy's office to announce that he has proof that Dana (the bride) is gay and living with Hope. I forget how they met. But who cares, on to the juicy part.
Sammy Winter, former child star, and obviously insane, pops into the Star office shooting bullets into the ceiling and striking Lucy with the back of his hand.
Some how the police and news crews find out about the hostage situation and Sammy is now a star again. Meanwhile, the publisher and Willa get caught with their pants down, literally, by the maid, and all 3 hide in the janitor's closet during the hostage situation.
Lucy convinces Sammy to let her tell his story – cover and 8 page spread in the next issue of Dirt Now - to "remind people" that the former Buster Rules actor is a star.
Not to make a joke, but Sammy killed Kenny, Lucy's assistant, because he didn't get him a drink and to remind people that he is in control.
After a failed attempt by Lucy, Don and Johnny to take Sammy down, Lucy and the team finish the Sammy issue and Sammy is satisfied. He puts down the gun, takes off the bomb wrapped around his waist and walks out to greet his fans, who cheer and yell "we love you Sammy." He smiles and the Dirt Now editrix in now under the media's spotlight.
