Oxygen's latest foray into reality TV features a model and a football player in Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love.

Deion Sanders is a former NFL and MLB player who is married to former model turned stay-at-home mom, Pilar.

The couple is adamant about raising their five children without a nanny, which is why Pilar runs the household while Deion is off doing radio and TV work. Though, as many moms know, that should not excuse Deion from constantly sitting around on the couch after work while Pilar does chores. And believe me, she lets him know how not okay this is.

Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love is very much like MTV's Run's House. Mom and Dad have similar humorous and loving interactions and the kids run wild throughout the house while making for many laughs.

Deion's personality is a bit over-the-top (like he's hamming it up for the camera), and some of the interviews seem scripted, but really, when is reality TV not scripted these days?

That said, Deion & Pilar are funny together, like when they make a bet about NFL teams, and if Deion loses, he'll have to make the bed for a week. Pilar's strategy to win the bet is fantastic.

The show premieres tonight at 10:30 p.m. Will you watch?

I already know you're super excited about tonight's premieres of Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy (starting at 8pm (ET), so I'm taking those out of the running for what I'm going to watch tonight. Clearly, they're already DVRed. And don't worry, recappers Shanna and Joanna will be delivering a full report tomorrow morning.

So, let the games begin. Here's tonight's lineup...

At 8pm (ET): Smallville on the CW and My Name Is Earl on NBC
At 9pm (ET): The Office on NBC and CSI on CBS
At 10pm (ET): New show Big Shots on ABC, Without a Trace on CBS and the 14th season premiere of ER on NBC

*Note: I've seen the pilot of Big Shots, and it's awesome -- just like Sex and the City, but with boys... not that I'm trying to influence your decision!

Cast your vote for which show I should watch and report back on.

Kate Walsh in Private PracticeFinally the new Kate Walsh spin-off from Shonda Rhimes is here. And, unlike that crazy pilot-within-another-show that aired on Grey’s Anatomy back in May, this time it’s strictly Addison Montgomery’s new digs at the Oceanside Wellness Group in LA. Well, save for the opening scene back at Seattle Grace, where Chief Webber demands to know why Addison’s resignation is on his desk. She tells him that she got a job offer from her longtime friend Naomi (Audra McDonald), and since she didn’t get promoted to Chief last spring, this is the perfect way for her to make a big change in her life — which is just what she needs.

If you missed the pilot, we got a brief recap of her new cohorts. There are her best friends from medical school: Naomi, a fertility specialist, and her ex-husband, Sam, an internist. Add in Cooper the pediatrician, Violet the psychiatrist and Pete, an alternative medicine specialist. Oh yes, and Dell (Chris Lowell), the young receptionist/surfer/aspiring midwife. Is it me, or did he seem way cuter before? Anyway, Chief swears Addison will be back in a month, but she is sticking with her decision. He asks her (among other things) if she plans to go dance around in her underwear, and she tells him no—actually, she’s going to dance around naked, and (fast forward to LA) that’s just what she does…

Once again, there are so many show premieres on tonight that I pretty much need more than one DVR box. Check out what's on tap, and vote for which show you want me to watch tonight and report back on. (FYI, Sarah Mac will be back as your House recapper this season -- everyone say, "Hi, Sarah Mac!")

Starting at 8pm (ET), tune in for the premiere of either NCIS on CBS or Bones on Fox.

At 9pm (ET), we'll have to choose between House on Fox, The Unit on CBS and Reaper on the CW. At 9:30, ABC has the fifth season premiere of Boston Legal.

Then at 10pm (ET), we come head-to-head with a tough choice. We can either tune in for CBS's new sexy drama, Cane, or go with the oldie-but-always-a-goodie Law & Order: SVU. Yikes... help me decide!

E_JennieGarth2_136.jpgIt's a good thing my gym has individual TVs on every treadmill because there is no way I'm missing tonight's hottest premieres. In the 8pm (ET) hour, you'll have to decide between new comedy Chuck on NBC and the fifth season premiere of Dancing with the Stars on ABC (with Jennie Garth!). Oh yeah, and at 8:30pm (ET), The Big Bang Theory airs on CBS.

Then at 9pm (ET), Heroes returns on NBC, and the sixth season of CSI: Miami returns to CBS. But our night's not over, yet. ABC has season 11 of The Bachelor at 10pm (ET), and NBC is premiering Journeyman.

So tell me, what are we watching tonight? My girls Kristen and Allie will be recapping The Bachelor and Dancing with the Stars, so feel free to vote for something new, and we'll discuss it tomorrow.

I have to tell you, I am SO excited about the premiere of Gossip Girl tonight. This show is absolutely going to be the next O.C. Trust me, you do not want to miss it. But I want to know which premiere you're psyched about seeing tonight -- and man, there are a bunch! This is going to be one tough call.

Gossip Girl

Besides the Gossip Girl premiere that's on the CW at 9pm (ET), there's the heavily controversial Kid Nation airing at 8pm (ET) on CBS, the new Kelsey Grammar sitcom Back to You on Fox at the same time, followed by Kitchen Nightmares at 9pm (ET), and of course, America's Next Top Model at 8pm (ET) on the CW.

So kids, what are we watching tonight?

Beauty and the Geek Beauty and the Geek

When reality shows get beyond the third season or so, they tend to need a twist to keep viewers engaged. Think about it: The Bachelor added The Bachelorette. Donald Trump took The Apprentice to L.A., etc...

So, it didn't really surprise me when last night's Beauty and the Geek announced a surprise (which they teased in true reality TV form for more than half of the two-hour premiere). The "beauty" and "geek" with the lowest scores during the first challenge got to pick the rest of the two-person teams. Brilliant! That totally changes the game.

Did you watch the Beauty and the Geek premiere? What did you think of the twist? Who is your favorite geek?

Stay tuned for today's big TV premiere faceoff, where you get to vote on which show you're most excited about seeing tonight.

BeautyGeek4_136.jpgNo, I'm not leaving you hanging, but there's only one new show premiering tonight, so voting on which one to watch seems a little silly, lol. I'm tuning in for the season four premiere of Ashton Kutcher's Beauty and the Geek at 8pm (ET) on the CW. Check it out, and we'll talk about it tomorrow.

Geeks 4EVR!

Get excited because today's the first day you can catch the premieres of some of your old favorite fall TV shows, as well as checking out what new ideas the networks have on tap for this season. Here's how Premiere Week(s), as I'm going to call it will work: First, check out this nifty Fall TV guide I created. It's got everything you need to know about the hottest new shows and cutest new TV men as well as TV games, photos and more.

E_WentworthMiller_136.jpgThen, tune in to TV Cocktail every morning for the complete list of which premieres are on each night. I'll be watching at least one of them each day, and you'll get to vote on which one I see. Whichever one you're most excited about is the one that I'll watch.

The following morning, I'll post my thoughts on the premiere, and you can weigh in with yours.

Let's kick things off with the two shows premiering on Fox tonight.

Prison Break returns for the third season at 8pm and will be followed by the New Orlean's cop drama K-Ville at 9pm.
